Entry Level Finisher



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Finisher to join our team in Bergen. As a finisher, you will be responsible for finishing and polishing various surfaces and materials to ensure a high-quality end result. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the finishing profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections
- Apply finish coats using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling
- Use hand and power tools to smooth and shape surfaces as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Hours & Compensation:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1800 per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with occasional overtime opportunities.
