Finisher Technician


We are currently hiring for the position of Finisher Technician in Bergen, Norway. As a Finisher Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality finishing services to our clients. This includes sanding, painting, staining, and sealing various surfaces such as wood, metal, and concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of finishing work including sanding, painting, staining, and sealing.
- Ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and finished to meet quality standards.
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for finishes.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are an asset).
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
