Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking an industrial alpinist to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an industrial alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at elevated heights, such as maintenance, repair, and installation work on buildings, structures, and other inaccessible areas. This role requires physical strength, endurance, and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access and complete tasks at elevated heights
- Conduct safety checks and inspections before and during each job
- Use specialized equipment to perform various tasks, including cleaning, painting, welding, and construction work
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism or related field preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks at elevated heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to rope access work
- Valid visa or ability to obtain a visa for Norway (company can assist with this process if necessary)

Salary: Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
