We are in need of a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues immediately
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operation of construction projects
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors for efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.
