We are in need of an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Bergen. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Follow project specifications and instructions from supervisors
- Monitor and report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid certification or license to operate specific types of heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
