Our company in Bergen is seeking an experienced Solar Installer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar installation and maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of existing solar systems
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly used and maintained
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of solar panel installation techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
