We are a leading architectural firm in Bergen, Norway looking for a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail centers, and industrial facilities. Your ultimate goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision and goals
- Create detailed architectural plans using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
