Senior Architect (Bergen)


We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Bergen. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of architectural principles and techniques. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process and managing a team of architects to ensure successful project completion. You will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions that meet the client's needs and budget
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or modifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Experience leading a team of architects is preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Bergen (open to international candidates)
