Cashier Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and efficient Cashier Assistant to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Cashier Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier with daily tasks such as handling cash transactions, organizing and maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position is suitable for men who are looking for an entry-level position without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the cashier with processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Count and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain organized and well-stocked inventory shelves
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Answer any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
