Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients in the city of Bergen. You will work full-time and must have previous experience in personal training. You should have a strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention to provide effective training sessions. Your main goal will be to help clients reach their fitness goals through tailored workout plans, motivation, and education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients
- Develop customized workout plans based on client's goals, needs, and abilities
- Provide guidance on proper form and technique during exercises
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes to support their fitness journey
- Motivate and support clients to reach their goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment
- Keep accurate records of client progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Certification in personal training or related field is preferred
- Must be able to work full-time with flexibility in schedule
- Must have own valid visa or ability to obtain one
