Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process for our company in the city of Bergen. Your main duties will include planning, budgeting, and coordinating all phases of construction projects, from initial concept to final completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications. You will also handle project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
