Crane Operator


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. You will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and maintain it in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate movements and ensure safety
- Read and interpret load charts to determine lifting capacities
- Maneuver loads using hand signals or radio communication
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and inspections
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator, preferably in construction or industrial settings
- Valid crane operator license/certification (CPCS/NCCCO)
- Proficient in reading load charts and executing proper lifting operations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for crane operations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical strength and stamina to operate cranes for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month with accommodation provided.
