Construction Project Manager
Our construction company in Bergen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects and ensure their timely and successful completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of construction workers, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor site safety and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bergen, Norway
