Job Title: Entry-level Welder


We are in search of a skilled and motivated Entry-level Welder to join our team in Bergen. In this role, you will be responsible for welding various materials using different techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. As an Entry-level Welder, you will work under the guidance of experienced welders to learn and improve your skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Clean and maintain welding equipment
- Follow all safety protocols while working with hazardous materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in welding is not required but preferred
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this entry-level position.
