Office Assistant - Part Time (Bergen, Norway)


We are in search of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bergen. This is a part-time position perfect for students or individuals without experience. As an Office Assistant, you will support our daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain and update office records, including data entry and filing
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Order office supplies and keep inventory well-stocked
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Salary:
$1200 per month for part-time work (20 hours per week)
