Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Train, supervise, and manage pastry assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of different baking techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
