Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales department, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the company
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure effective strategies are in place for promoting products/services
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in managing a team of sales representatives is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Biometric passport is required
