We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Manager in Bergen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone without experience looking to start their career in sales. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not essential
- Motivated, proactive, and determined attitude towards achieving targets
- Willingness to learn about our products/services and industry trends
