We are in need of a skilled Gardener to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and grounds of our company. This role requires experience and knowledge in horticulture and landscape design.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants
- Maintaining lawn areas by mowing, edging, and weeding
- Designing and implementing new landscaping projects
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Ensuring the garden is clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Must have own visa or residency in Norway
