Experienced Mason in Bergen, Norway


We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures and surfaces using various materials such as brick, stone, and concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and designs to determine the layout and materials needed for a project
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning them and laying out guidelines
- Mix and apply mortar or grout using hand or power tools
- Lay bricks or stones in a precise pattern to create walls, walkways, or other structures
- Cut or shape materials using saws, chisels, or other tools
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Ensure the structure is level and plumb by using levels and other measuring tools
- Install insulation or moisture barriers as needed
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mason
- Biometric passport (or willing to obtain one)
- Ability to read blueprints and designs
- Knowledge of different masonry materials and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per week.
