A reputable construction company in Bergen is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on various projects, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own accommodation in Bergen. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This position is open to students looking for part-time work. No prior experience is necessary, but basic knowledge of construction and maintenance tasks is preferred.

The Handyman will primarily be responsible for completing assigned tasks within established time frames and budget constraints. This may include repairing or replacing damaged fixtures, installing new appliances or equipment, painting walls or surfaces, and performing routine maintenance on buildings and equipment.

To be successful in this role, the Handyman must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients regarding project updates or issues that arise. They should also possess strong attention to detail to ensure all projects are completed accurately and meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule as this position may require working weekends or evenings depending on project schedules. They should also have the physical stamina to lift heavy objects or perform physically demanding tasks.
