Loader Operator



The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials, such as dirt, rocks, gravel, or other construction materials. This position requires experience in operating loaders and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other team members.

Responsibilities:

- Operate loader equipment to load and unload materials
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a loader
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends if needed

Preferred:

- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Bergen, Norway

Contract Type: Temporary (with possibility for extension)
