Office Manager
We are hiring for the role of Office Manager in our company in Bergen, Norway. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, including administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and overseeing office equipment and supplies. The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive working environment and assisting with HR duties such as recruiting and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing schedules
- Oversee office equipment and supplies inventory and ensure necessary items are stocked
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance requests or supply orders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the office
- Support management by providing necessary reports or data analysis
- Plan company events or team building activities to promote a positive work culture
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
