Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Bergen. As a key member of the sales team, you will proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will also work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract potential customers.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Bergen area. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. You should also have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with revenue management systems and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is highly desirable.
