Concierge Assistant in Bergen, Norway
We are in need of a reliable and dedicated Concierge Assistant to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and front desk area
- Assist with room service orders and other guest requests
- Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
