Part Time Computer Support Specialist
Location: Alta, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Part Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems, software, and hardware. As a part time position, you will have a flexible schedule and will work approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and networks
- Educate clients on proper use of technology and security protocols
- Keep track of all support tickets and provide timely updates to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Prior experience as a computer support specialist or similar role is a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms for non-tech savvy individuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Customer service oriented with patience and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This is a part time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
