Junior Data Analyst

We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help guide business decisions. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and goals
- Utilize statistical methods to draw conclusions from data
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical software such as R or Python is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is not required but preferred
