We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for our clients. Your primary focus will be on the development of Android applications and their integration with backend services. The ideal candidate must have a biometric passport and at least 3 years of experience in developing native Android applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in native Android application development
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600 USD per month.

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. However, we are open to remote work options for exceptional candidates.
