Part-Time Team Lead in Alta, Norway


As a Part-Time Team Lead in Alta, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of students, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals. Your role will involve creating work schedules, providing training and coaching, and monitoring team performance. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues or conflicts within the team and communicating with management.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends
- Must have own visa to work in Norway
- Experience working with students is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
