Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding team performance and progress
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian or other languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one) for international travel if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month, paid on an hourly basis.
