Web Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Alta, Norway on a contract basis. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives
- Conducting research on current design trends and implementing them into website designs
- Creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to present to clients for approval
- Ensuring websites are optimized for various devices and browsers
- Troubleshooting any design issues that arise during the development process
- Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration of design into websites

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. Relocation assistance is not available.
