Online Consultant for Biometric Passport Services


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients who are applying for biometric passports.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email and live chat
- Provide accurate and detailed information about biometric passport application process
- Guide clients through the necessary documentation and procedures
- Assist clients in filling out online application forms
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online application process
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of passport applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Norwegian or Russian are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or consulting role
- Knowledge of biometric passport application process is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Norway.
