Contract Moderator in Alta, Norway



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Moderator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and forums, ensuring that all content posted is in line with our company's guidelines and policies. This is a contract position offering a salary of 1000$ per month, with the added benefits of a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Review user-generated content and take appropriate actions (e.g. remove offensive or inappropriate posts)
- Engage with community members to foster positive relationships
- Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Moderator or Community Manager is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and moderation techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
- Must have own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, remote work may be required until further notice. Therefore, candidates from other locations will also be considered.
