Plasterboard Worker

Our construction company is in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard on various types of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Plasterboard Worker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of plasterboard installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project plans
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces before installing plasterboard
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to secure plasterboard in place, including screws, nails, adhesives, or taping compound
- Smooth out seams and joints between panels using joint compound or putty knife
- Sand down rough areas for a smooth finish
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding progress on projects

This position does not include accommodation. However, we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
