Dismantler Assistant
As a Dismantler Assistant in Alta, you will work alongside experienced professionals to assist in the dismantling and preparation of various machinery and equipment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dismantling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with experienced Dismantlers to learn proper techniques for dismantling machinery and equipment
- Assist in the safe disassembly of various structures, including sorting and organizing parts for reuse or disposal
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision to remove parts and components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Help load and unload equipment for transportation as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces as needed
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and follow instructions carefully
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify parts and components accurately
- Previous experience working with hand tools or power equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites within Alta
Salary:
This position offers a starting salary of $1000 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company based on performance.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, typically working 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa allowing them to work in Alta without sponsorship.
