Industrial Alpinist


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-altitude maintenance, construction, and repair work on industrial structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work at extreme heights.

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-altitude maintenance, construction, and repair work on industrial structures
- Inspect equipment and structures for potential hazards or damage
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Use specialized equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and rigging to access and maneuver at extreme heights
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures for working at extreme heights
- Ability to use specialized equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and rigging
- Physically fit with the ability to perform strenuous tasks at high altitudes
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members
