Part-Time Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Alta, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess the feasibility of designs
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes for materials and services
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.
