Preservation Architect



As a Preservation Architect in Alta, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, and overseeing construction projects. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and government officials to ensure the historical integrity of the structures is maintained.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working on preservation projects preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the condition of historical buildings and structures
- Create preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that preservation standards are met
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government officials to obtain necessary approvals
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and expenses
- Stay updated on current preservation methods and techniques through research and attending conferences

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
