Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers in the development of architectural projects
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all designs meet the client's requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and identify any potential issues or risks
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or feedback
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing teams
- Exceptional project management abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

Salary: $1400/month
