As a Senior Architect for our firm in Alta, Norway, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the field and a strong understanding of design principles and techniques. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in creating innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs and vision of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases of design, from conceptualization to construction
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Norway is preferred but not required
