Architecture Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ and includes accommodation, visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Lead a team of architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
