We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Alta. This role will require someone with a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in high-end restaurants or hotels. As the Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus, managing food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with your team to maintain high standards of service. Additionally, you should be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and work well under pressure. This temporary position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Nordic or Scandinavian cuisine.
