Job Title: Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling and education to patients, as well as developing personalized meal plans for them based on their individual needs and goals. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and provide personalized recommendations for patients
- Develop meal plans based on patients' dietary needs, preferences, and health goals
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Keep accurate records of patient information and progress
- Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred
- Knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively educate others on nutrition topics
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
