We are hiring a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers. You must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew
- Ensure consistent quality of all beverages by following recipes and using proper brewing techniques
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Restock supplies as needed and maintain inventory control
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Educate customers about our different coffee blends and flavor profiles

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks and brewing methods is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

We are offering a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for our out-of-town employees.
