Radio Technician

We are hiring a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for various clients. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is in compliance with safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of radio technology and experience working with different types of radio systems. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients and providing training on equipment usage.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment according to client specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of all equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance schedules and repairs
- Follow safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Electronics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Radio Technician
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and different types of radio systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
