Instrument Technician



We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills and knowledge of various instruments and equipment used in the industry.

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining various instruments and control systems used in our facility. This includes but is not limited to pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, level sensors, and control valves. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on these instruments to ensure their proper functioning.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong problem-solving abilities. You must also have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with other team members and providing reports on the status of instruments.

This position requires someone who is physically fit as it involves working with heavy equipment and standing for long periods of time. You must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

As this is a physically demanding job that involves being exposed to different weather conditions, it is important that the candidate is willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician

- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month without accommodation. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for candidates who require it.
