Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Alta. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any changes or issues that may arise
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Anticipate potential problems or delays in the project timeline and develop contingency plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1800 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Alta, Norway (relocation assistance not provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
