Sales Manager - Alta, Norway
As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Alta region of Norway. Your main objective will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Your primary duties will include identifying, pursuing, and closing sales leads, as well as negotiating contracts and terms with clients. You will also be expected to develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of successful sales experience. A degree in business or related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong drive for success.
Additionally, you should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You should also have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to adapt quickly to changing market trends.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with commission incentives based on performance. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are willing to learn and grow within our company.
Please note that this position does not include accommodation, so preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Alta or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
