Sales Manager - Alta, Norway
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools/software
- Ability to travel for business purposes if required
- Biometric passport preferred
- Suitable for male candidates
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
