Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Alta, Norway. Your main goal will be to drive revenue and increase market share through effective sales strategies and techniques. You will develop and implement sales plans, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor's activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Train, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve their performance
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment of goals
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Alta. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. As this role does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship, candidates must have their own valid work visa for Norway.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
